Okay, I cheated a bit here with the post title. But that’s what I was going for with the egg shaped “O”. It’s not important to the cartoon, but it was an irresistible little extra. I watched the e-trade commercial for details and when I saw the nest egg at the end I had to include it.

This is a really good read from the LA Times…. written back in the nineties, praising Democrats, sub-prime loans, Fannie and Freddie as the reason for exploding home ownership rates. Anyway, no time to write. Click on the chart to read the article. Good stuff.
